Acid Wheel Cleaner

BioTech Acid Wheel Cleaner is an industrial strength acid based wheel cleaner is designed to clean grimy and rusty chrome and wired wheels. Nothing on the market cuts through dirt like our acid wheel cleaner. When properly diluted this acid cleaner removes brake dust, rust and road grime. Just spray on and rinse off, works even better if pressured washed off. Quickly penetrates and removes milk stone, beer stone, protein scale and hard water scale from stainless steel and other acid resistant surfaces. Use on stainless steel & all acid resident metals.

Directions: Safe to use on cars/trucks, boats, motorcycles, rims, and exteriors. Do not mix with chemicals not specified on product label. CIP Cleaning and Neutralizing: Mix 16oz of Acid Cleaner with 20 gallons of water. Circulate through system. Rinse thoroughly with hot water. Soaking: Mix 16oz of Acid Cleaner with 8 gallons of water. For acidified rinse, mix 1oz with 5 gallons of water. Rinse thoroughly with hot water. General Cleaning of Tanks: Using spray apparatus, spray outside tank area with 1:32 (4oz per gallon) to 1:20 (6oz per gallon) dilution of Acid Cleaner. Rinse thoroughly with hot water. High Foam Application:  Dilute Acid Cleaner as recommended in prior application notes. How to use for Wheels: Mist the surface of the wheel with water, then spray acid on the face of the wheel and inner barrel ensuring even coverage, let stand for 15-20 seconds before spraying the acid off with a pressure washer and washing with soap and water. For heavily contaminated wheels, mist with water and spray entire rim down with acid, use your choice of detail brushes to agitate contaminants and acid before thoroughly washing off with a pressure washer. Repeat as needed and always wash product off with soap and water. Dry with a microfiber towel and use a sealant of your choice to lock in shine and prevent water spots. How to use for Glass, Plastics, and Emblems: Ensure you are not using on a hot surface or hot towel. Spray acid onto a clean microfiber towel and wipe onto surface and gently rub the product in to agitate contaminants. DO NOT WAIT quickly clean surface with soap and water.
